Each workshop focuses on a core principle of effective welfare and self-reliance leadership. We invite councils to attend together—ward councils, stake councils, or welfare/self-reliance working groups—so they can learn, discuss, and apply principles as a unified body. All sessions begin at 7:00 PM.
Workshop Schedule (One Topic Per Date):

• September 17 – Organize Efforts (Once the plan has been defined, the next step is determining who will carry out the work. Forming working groups (22.10.2) can be a valuable way to organize and carry out the work) [Register Here]
• December 17 – Implement Solutions (Implementing solutions requires inspired action, clear communication, and steady follow-through by leaders. Simply assigning tasks typically isn’t enough—lasting impact comes from training, ongoing involvement, and follow-up by the leadership). [Register Here]
