New Leader Training

New Leader Orientation sessions are now available. This is a one-hour, virtual, high-level orientation of Church and basic community resources helpful for new leaders. We are encouraging all new leaders called within the last 8-12 weeks to positions with stewardship over caring for those in need to participate, as well as any leader who might benefit from the information or a refresher. We strongly believe all leaders will benefit tremendously from this training.

To register, please go to the Utah Area webpage at utah.churchofjesuschrist.org and click on “Welfare and Self-Reliance Resources” on the right., then click on the tile “Caring For Those In Need – New Leader Orientation”. You will then see the dates the training is offered and the link to register. Leaders can choose the date that works best for them. The training will be offered Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm on the dates listed (and some alternate days based on holidays).
